Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unopened, unused merchandise in original condition and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap if applicable) within 14 days of purchase.
We cannot offer exchanges or credit on goods that have been opened or used.
All personal fragrance purchases are final, no returns or exchanges.
All items purchased on sale are final sale: no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Salon Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service possible, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service fee at your next visit prior to any new services being performed.
This policy helps us respect our stylists’ time, manage appointments efficiently, and offer available slots to others who may be waiting.
No Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without notice (a “no show”), you will be charged the full amount of the missed service fee at your next visit prior to any new services being performed.
